tom rodgers has those stories and more, this morning. the f-b-i releases surveillance video of navy yard shooter aaron alexis... from the day of the deadly shooting. you can see alexis running up and down the hallways of building 197 carrying sawed-off shotgun. at the other end of the building... are people trying to escape. f-b-i agents say they're confident that alexis acted alone... and didn't appear to be targeting anyone. he had carved phrases... including "end to the torment" and "better off this way"... into the side of his weapon. he apparently believed he was being controlled by electro- magnetic waves. parlave says: "a document retrieved from the electronic media stated quote 'ultra low frequency attack is what i've been subject to for the last three months and to be perfectly honest, that is what has driven me to this.'" the feds are still trying to figure out how alexis managed to gain the appropriate clearance to get into the navy yard... since he had several past arrests. the navy secretary has ordered three separate review
